Nicholas Machado is a seasoned business professional with a strong background in diverse business environments, operational management, and project execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University (NYU) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University (FIU).
 

With extensive experience overseeing supply chain operations and key account management, Nicholas has led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, drive sales, and increase profitability. His transition into the healthcare sector brought valuable, transferable skills in strategic sourcing, payor management, credentialing and contracting, revenue cycle management, and healthcare practice startups. His focus centers on supporting emerging practices and small group administration with a balance of business acumen and healthcare insight.
 

Drawing from his experience as a mental healthcare startup owner and administrator, Nicholas developed firsthand expertise in managing real-world practice environments. He honed skills in practice administration, revenue cycle optimization, appeals processing, recruiting, and patient-facing operations. His specialized knowledge in provider credentialing and payor contracting ensures seamless onboarding for practices, supporting faster revenue generation and sustainable growth.
 

Nicholas consistently delivers financial improvements through strategic revenue cycle initiatives and operational restructuring. His track record in driving sales and streamlining development initiatives mirrors his ability to enhance healthcare practice profitability and efficiency.
